That is a LOT of Leia. What's the word for a collection of Leias?

Shawn Powers | May 30, 2007 01:51 PM

JJS | May 30, 2007 01:52 PM

On an unrelated subject, what leaf-eating bug threw up all over your background?

John Scalzi | May 30, 2007 01:55 PM

Leiae, clearly.

John H | May 30, 2007 02:00 PM

The question that I always wondered was how Leia got out of the Boushh outfit and into the gold bikini...

I think a may need a moment here...

Michael Rawdon | May 30, 2007 02:04 PM

Sometimes it's important to sit back and take in the Leia of the land.

Julia | May 30, 2007 02:04 PM

...I'll be in my office. Hold all calls.

*Photoshops out the little girl first*

For those who cannot get enough (SFW if Scalzi's link was...):

Steve Buchheit | May 30, 2007 02:47 PM

holy freeholies, I'm in heaven! (*cough*) I mean, uh, yeah, that's a neat contest. Uhm. Yeah. I, ah, gotta see, uh, if my windows are rolled up.

James Enge | May 30, 2007 02:52 PM

"What's the word for a collection of Leias?"

A Leiapalooza?

Jeff Hentosz | May 30, 2007 02:59 PM

And like the cherry on a sundae...

An Elvis stormtrooper.

An Elvis stormtrooper?

An Elvis stormtrooper?

Suck on that, terrorists!

theophylact | May 30, 2007 03:13 PM

A millefeuille of Leias.

Steve Buchheit | May 30, 2007 03:20 PM

A plethora of Leias.

Patrick | May 30, 2007 03:27 PM

A jabba of Leias.

markdf | May 30, 2007 03:36 PM

Jabba is hot.

Djscman | May 30, 2007 03:48 PM

And who says Star Wars is not entertainment?

PixelFish | May 30, 2007 03:48 PM

Jeff: Man, I wish I could link some of my old comic-con photos because I had shots of not just the Elvis Stormtrooper--he's a con fav--but of the Samurai Stormtroopers.

Chang, for rizzle. | May 30, 2007 03:51 PM

I saw this yesterday.

It's sad how excited I got. A grown, happily married man, no less. Pathetic.

My own brother said it did nothing for him, though. So he must be gay. I'll go tell his wife now.

Chris Gerrib | May 30, 2007 04:01 PM

The things fans will do just boggles the mind.

Carl V. | May 30, 2007 04:38 PM

Hey! We're not all chubby! Well...I am a little bit chubby... ;)

Anne C. | May 30, 2007 04:43 PM

Galahad: Let me go back and face the peril.

Lancelot: No, it's too perilous.

Galahad: Bet you're gay.

Der Wachtelschlag | May 30, 2007 05:01 PM

Lots of Leias. Great. Now where are all the Lukes and Han Solos? Hmmm?

John Scalzi | May 30, 2007 05:10 PM

Who'd want a Luke? He's the biggest twink in the galaxy!

Bill | May 30, 2007 05:12 PM

Just in case you missed the link, there is also a video.

"I'll be in my bunk."

Patrick in the Philippines | May 31, 2007 05:28 AM

How you feel about this.

John Scalzi | May 31, 2007 07:26 AM

Seen it before. Disturbing, in a cute sort of way.

HanShotFirst | May 31, 2007 08:00 AM

I have to go clean my lightsaber, now.

Sean | May 31, 2007 10:40 AM

Is there a factory somewhere churning out Slave Leia bikinis?!

John Scalzi | May 31, 2007 10:42 AM

If there's not, there should be.

An Eric | May 31, 2007 11:05 AM

Am I the only one here who thinks Elvis Stormtrooper should get his own Dark Horse comic and series of cheap paperbacks? I'd buy 'em.

And if George Lucas' planned Star Wars TV show is about Elvis Stormtrooper and his army/horde/plethora/harem/gaggle/Leiapalooza of Leias/Leiae, well that would simply be awesome.

JerolJ | May 31, 2007 10:11 PM

Scalzi, you are a god among nerds. I, like others, will be in my bunk now.

Nick Honeywell | June 1, 2007 07:25 PM

Personally, I think this trumps the Leias.

Scorpio | June 1, 2007 07:52 PM

Yeah -- at DragonCon they had a mass photographing of Slavegir Leias. It's quite a spectacle.
