I Have to Run Errands

So to keep you amused, here's a picture of a cat:

Be back later.

Two things might happen here as a result of said post:

Chang, Who is not Chang is going to totally go fetal in an overload of fulfillment regarding his totally interesting obsession with this particular feline and we'll never hear from him again...

OR

Once the cat pics stop, it's going to be the beginning of mass hysteria.

J | May 21, 2007 10:26 AM

Another Cat? Scalzi, as much as we love you, you're showing signs of...

pure genius.

Adam Lipkin | May 21, 2007 10:42 AM

"Unimpressed Cat" might be the most redundant phrase I've heard in days.

Nathan | May 21, 2007 10:54 AM

Kate's Brain has said all that need to be said. Shield yourselves from flying bits of Chang Brainz!

Jim Wright, who still wants a Death Ray | May 21, 2007 11:10 AM

I'm with Adam Lipkin, you either say "unimpressed" or "cat." Using both words in the same sentence is redundant.

RooK | May 21, 2007 11:16 AM

I would have thought that impressing a cat would merely involve surpassing the force threshold where plastic deformation starts.

Now... what counts as bouyant when sumberged in Chang Squee? I'm looking for some sort of PFD - as should you all.

chang, realer than evar! | May 21, 2007 11:25 AM

Chang, who is Chang likes the kitty picture.

Jeff Hentosz | May 21, 2007 11:43 AM

Problem, people. That ain't Ghlaghghee and I expect it won't go unnoticed. So the real question is, are we faced with impending indiscriminate Not-Chang squee, or is Not-Chang parochial in that way and headed for an Annie Wilkes-style meltdown? Stay tuned, eh?

John Scalzi | May 21, 2007 11:45 AM

Huh? That certainly is Ghlaghghee.

Jeff Hentosz | May 21, 2007 12:22 PM

I stand corrected, and apologize to all interested parties. Probably the pose; the subject looks much less ghlaghghee (to me) in this shot. I'll be quiet now.

Steve Buchheit | May 21, 2007 12:37 PM

Obvisouly unimpressed cat is so unimpressed that she is no longer producing hand-written signs, but manupilating her humans to produce the work for her. Very unimpressed that cat is.

chang, who is not chang | May 21, 2007 12:51 PM

Kate's Brain, I don't think your choices are mutually exclusive. I fear both are now in play.

Jeff Hentosz, how dare you not recognize the Beauteous Ghlaghghee? Pure Ghlaghghee Essence flows out from each picture of Her and cannot be faked.

I have a backup plan in case the Evil Scalzi (evil now that his dastardly design becomes more clear):

The totally HAWT Cherie Priest has a cat named Spain who also rocks. And Cherie is not nearly as stingy as Scalzi when it comes to cat pictures. And they're conveniently posted on Flickr.

I just have to say... you have the most gorgeous cat. :)

Impressive!
