My Wife Done Got Herself Edumacated!
Note the happy smile, and the college degree. What you don't see is the 4.0 GPA, but trust me, it's there.
Needless to say, this just adds to Krissy's awesomeosity.
I have nothing else to say here. I leave it to you to imagine my immense pride at my wife's accomplishments. Except to say that whatever you imagine my pride to be, you're off by a factor of ten.

Congrats, Krissy! As a woman who finally(!) got her B.A. a year ago at age 50, I can relate to your accomplishment. My GPA wasn't quite as high and my kids are all grown, so I admire you all the more for being a full-time mom and student at the same time. And John, I'm sure you gave her lots of support, so congrats to you too.

Way to go, Krissy! Juggling work and school and a kid is most definitely not easy and you clearly did it well.
What's the degree in?
I'd have had a 4.0 if it hadn't been for an A- in Children's Lit. I will go to my grave convinced that the professor didn't give me an A only because I wasn't an Enlgish or Education major.

A GPA of 4.0 is a breeze (in the 9 point system that I'm in right now).

(Said as someone who couldn't manage a GPA of 4.0 even if he had an entire team of advisers, flunkies, and exam stand-ins.)
